History of Agriculture and Industry khavar pooya

This company started its work in 2006 to produce frozen agricultural products using advanced IQF technology and was the first factory in Mazandaran province to become operational by the end of 2009. This complex was prepared in an area of 6000 square meters in the first phase, with refrigerators equipped to store products to supply raw materials for food production factories for export production and domestic distribution. The high capacity of the production line of this factory leads to cultivation of agricultural lands with agricultural products and this is a big step towards the development of agricultural conversion industries.
This production complex, with anticipated planning, based on the growing and harvesting season of the products and the selection of the best type of seed and under the supervision of its experts, provides the raw materials required by the factory and therefore all products are provided under strict supervision and with a high standard.
Rapid Freezing Method (IQF)
This method preserves the original properties such as taste, color, odor due to the lack of ice crystals’ formation in the product texture and causes the products to stay fresh, which can be stored at -18° C for up to 2 years.  In this method, the raw material is first washed and disinfected using automatic devices (not manually) and is then directed to a special freezing tunnel in a fluid stream of cold air of -35° C and later it is completely frozen separately and thus the possibility of growth of microorganisms becomes impossible and the product is produced and ready to be offered with high durability.

Products of Dynamic East Agro-industry Complex
1. Production of vegetables such as peas, green beans, broad beans, carrots, celery, okra, potatoes, onions, sweet corn, bell peppers, cauliflower and other agricultural products required by the consumer in frozen form.
2. Production of leafy herbs such as parsley, dill, coriander, leek, mint, etc.
3. Production of mixed herbs for special Persian cuisine such as Ghorme-Sabzi, Kuku-herb, rice-herbs, soup-herbs, fish-herbs, meatball-herbs, etc., which are used by families and all restaurants, hotels, etc.
4. Production of various fruits such as strawberries, sour cherries, cherries, apricots, peaches, kiwis, etc., which make it possible to decorate a variety of foods, desserts, ice cream, juice and jam production. The massive refrigerators of this complex enables the products to be sent to the production stage upon arrival at temperatures above zero and with very good quality, then transferred to sub-zero refrigerators and ready to be offered to the market.
This complex is equipped with a laboratory to control the quality of incoming raw material and also the products produced at the factory. All these steps are performed based on the careful supervision of food science experts in this unit who try to provide the highest quality products.
